Book, or just turn up
Call, book online, or walk into any of the three clinics. Urgent cases are seen the same day — and if you cannot come to us, we come to you.
Bring ID and your insurance card
See a doctor, in your language
A proper consultation, unhurried, in German, English or Spanish. Blood work, ultrasound and X-ray happen in the same building — usually in the same visit.
No interpreter needed
Leave with a plan
Findings explained clearly, prescriptions and certificates in hand, and an invoice your insurer will accept. If you need a hospital or a specialist, we arrange it.

Appointments are recommended, but our clinics also offer same-day help when availability allows.
What should I bring?
Please bring your insurance card, identification and any relevant medical documents.

We provide documentation and can explain cover before your appointment.
Do I need a referral for blood work or an x-ray?
Our reception team will advise what is required for the service you need.
